Senior Full-stack Developer with experience working with Python and React is required by a revolutionary machine learning start-up that is looking to make media content accessible worldwide. This will represent the chance to work within a highly technical team, where you will be a senior figure and be actively involved in promoting growth for both the business and your own personal knowledge.

In this role, you will be a crucial member of the engineering team and taking full responsibility for large parts of their product. This will provide the opportunity to gain full insight into their pioneering product and build out key features across both the back and front-end. Therefore, prior full-stack development experience utilising Python and React in a cloud-based (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) environment would be essential. Applicants that have experience in leveraging DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes etc would go straight to the top of the pile. The primary focus is hiring the right person and not necessarily what skills you can bring to the table, so, passion for technology, a desire to learn, and a willingness to get your hands dirty are high on the list. For example, if you are a React Developer looking to become full-stack, this is something they can help you with!

The pioneering platform, the plethora of technologies and the anticipated growth makes this role a unique, challenging and exciting prospect. A competitive salary of up to 70k is on offer for the right candidate, together with a truly welcoming team and great benefits such as equity, free food and drinks and unlimited holiday. Project Coordinator required by a pioneer of cloud-based systems across various sectors including retail, healthcare, and banking near Woodbridge. Hurren and Hope have been in partnership with this company for the last 6 years and can honestly say, are very proud to do so. Not only are they innovating in an expanding technology market, they are actively seeking to improve the lives of every person who has interaction with their service. Given the competitive nature of their sector, we are having to be deliberately ambiguous, we can and will expand to interested parties.

This role will be responsible for the on-site coordination of software deployment projects across multiple clients in the UK, delivering to often tight timescales and specification, working with multiple internal and external teams ensuring these are met and ultimately, customers are happy once the product has gone live. Given the emphasis of this role is to actively manage this coordination of resource (think everyone from IT Managers through to vendors and end users), the ability to manage a team and multiple resources (including geographically diverse 3rd parties) is the main priority for this role. Previous project coordination/PMO analyst experience is a must have with experience in coordination of enterprise-level projects going straight to the top of the pile. Experience is likely to come in many forms, previous Project Management/Coordination or Administration/Project Planning or PMO Analyst, depending on the scale, are likely to fit the bill here. Ultimately what is needed for this position is excellent organisational, communication and customer facing skills. Any candidates with PRINCE2 knowledge or certification, ideally gained from commercial experience, would also be of significant interest.

The company offer a unique and welcoming work environment where they employ a mature, work hard/play hard environment. A competitive salary is on offer depending on experience, along with the chance to join an expanding company who are rapidly gaining market share and ruffling some feathers in their space.
